My old and trusty desktop is way outdated with only 2 CPU core's, my phone has more muscle :). So I decided to upgrade, after all who knows how long we will be working form home. I do have a work laptop, but I don't have a desk, or table where I can ergonomically work on it. And sitting on the couch get's old after some time.
Anyhow the new machine is pretty powerful compared to the old one that is. Ryzen 3, 4 cores, and 16GB of RAM a really speedy M2.Nvme SSD, all this coupled with Manjaro Linux and KDE. I started prefering this setup over my Macbook Pro. The OS is smooth, and works with no issues, I was even able to finally setup work VPN on it.
And I just realised I forgot to publish this post... But alas, it's 2022. And now I will be working from home for the foreseeable future. So my next post will be another Home office update/upgrade.
